You must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive services independently. Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and may be required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian during treatment.

3. Service Description

solacenevsw provides traditional Thai massage services including:

• Thai Stretching and Mobility Sessions
• Tension Relief Focus Sessions
• Hot Stone and Thai Combination Treatments

Services are provided for relaxation, stress relief, and general wellness support. Our treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Thai massage should not replace professional medical care when needed.

4. Booking and Appointments

4.1 Making Reservations

Appointments may be booked by phone, email, or through our website contact form. All bookings are subject to practitioner availability.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we appreciate at least 24 hours notice when possible. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement for advance payment to secure future appointments.

4.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to provide the remaining scheduled time. However, the session may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. Full session fees apply regardless of late arrival.

5. Health and Safety

You are responsible for informing us of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your treatment. This includes but is not limited to:

You are encouraged to communicate with your practitioner during the session about comfort levels, pressure preferences, and any discomfort. Your feedback helps ensure a safe and effective treatment.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

Service prices are displayed in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and are subject to change. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

6.3 Refund Policy

Given the personal nature of bodywork services, refunds are generally not provided once a session has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please speak with us immediately so we can address your concerns.

7. Client Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, intoxication, or disrespectful conduct toward practitioners or staff, will not be tolerated and may result in termination of service without refund.

Your personal information and health details are kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We maintain professional standards of client confidentiality.

9. Intellectual Property
